Before July 14th

      Provide names, ages (for division), cellphone & email info (for race pic and results), and shirt sizes for EACH participant

 

       Send banners/posters/displays

 

       Send SWAG Bag gifts

Race Day

​

      Set up display booth before 9:00 am 

​

      Have a beer!
